Customers who are consumers have the possibility to carry out an online conciliation procedure in case of a dispute on the EU portal "Your Europe" at (http://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/index_de.htm) with the help of a recognised conciliation body.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution according to Art. 14 para. 1 ODR-VO (OS), which can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
The online conciliation procedure is not a mandatory requirement for appealing to the competent ordinary courts. Rather, it is an alternative way of resolving differences that may arise in the course of a contractual relationship.

We are prepared to participate in an out-of-court conciliation procedure before a consumer conciliation body.
